  • Do I get a refund if my trip is cancelled?

Trips may be cancelled due to poor sea conditions/weather or not meeting a minimum booking number of 4 passengers per boat. You will be offered to reschedule for a different time or date and if this doesn't suit you will be offered a full refund which will be paid within 14 days.

  • Will I get wet?

Due to the nature of the trip being in an open boat travelling at speed there is a chance of getting wet from sea spray, especially on windier days. It is recommended to wear an extra layer/coat as it is often cooler on the water.

We have waterproofs available to use.

  • If it is raining will my trip be cancelled?

We still run our trips when its raining.

Waterproofs are available from Looe Sea Safari.

  • What is the age limit?

Our trips are suitable for those aged 2 upwards but it is at your discretion to determine whether the trip is suitable for your child as our boats are fast and can be a bouncy ride depending on the sea conditions.

  • Pregnant or back problems?

Our trips are in a fast open boat which can be bouncy so are not suitable for pregnant women or anyone with back problems.

  • Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately due to the type of boat we can not cater for wheelchair users.

  • What wildlife will we see?

There is a chance of seeing dolphins, seals and an array of seabirds. Later in the season bluefin tuna Can be seen. We cannot guarantee what you will see on our trips but our experienced skippers know where to look giving you the best chance.

  • Where can we park?

    Buller Quay carpark PL13 1DX

Millpool carpark PL13 2AF (main town carpark)

Please allow plenty of time to find parking and walk to Looe Sea Safaris as Looe is extremely busy during the season.

Please note there is NO parking outside the shop.

  • Where can we find you?

    Our address is:

    4 Seafront Court

    East Looe

    PL13 1AL

We are located on Looe seafront next to the public toilets. Opposite the RNLI station. It is about a 15minute walk from the Millpool carpark.

  • Can I bring my dog on my trip?

Well behaved dogs can go on any of our boat trips apart from the looe island trip as dogs aren't allowed on the island.

Bear in mind our sea safari boats are high speed boat trips so some dogs may not enjoy them.
